1 General Terms and Definitions

2.2 One Person, One Account

Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings from them will be cancelled. Creating multiple accounts from the same household, the same device, or the same IP address also falls under this restriction.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — fully confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. The member is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. qq 777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account, unless caused by a fault on the platform itself.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposits on qq 777 are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Using the correct mobile banking number at the time of deposit is mandatory. Deposits made from a number not registered to the member's account may not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until wagering of 10 times the bonus amount has been completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per member, unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is made after claiming a bonus before the wagering requirement is met, all bonuses and any winnings earned from them will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• qq 777 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses must be used for legitimate betting activity only — qq 777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if low-risk betting strategies are used solely to meet wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

All games on qq 777 are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and others). The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which operates with complete impartiality and without any external interference.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

8 Account Suspension and Closure

qq 777 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• Self-exclusion activated at the member's own request.

A member may also request permanent closure of their account at any time via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any real money balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Changes to Terms
